Mango cake

Ingredients:

Mango (ripe) - 1
Bread loaf - 1/4
Milk maid condensed milk - 2 table spoons
Honey - 1 table spoon
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Tutti frutti - required
Water - required

How to make:

  1. Cut the bread loaf into small cubes
  2. Blend mango to make juice
  3. Heat the mango juice and add milk maid to it
  4. Add water if required
  5. Add honey and sugar to this mixture
  6. Pour this mixture over the bread pieces
  7. Top this with tutti frutti
  8. Bring it to normal temperature and then place it in fridge

Verdict:

One big realization, I don't like milk maid. I should have added milk instead. If you like milk maid go ahead with it. It did really serve as great dessert. You can skip sugar if you do not want too sweet. Instead of tutti frutti try using dry cherries. It might look more delicious.
