Penne pasta - 1 cup
Sliced carrot - 1 cup
Sliced babycorn - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 cup
Green chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Minced garlic - 2-3 cloves
Roasted and cut peanuts - handful
Sliced carrot - 1 cup
Sliced babycorn - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 cup
Green chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Minced garlic - 2-3 cloves
Roasted and cut peanuts - handful
How to make:
- Bring water to boil with salt and one teaspoon oil
- Add pasta to the water and let it boil for 5-10 min
- In another bowl, add carrots boil for 5 min
- Add babycorns with carrots and boil for 5-10 min
- Mix soysauce, chilli sauce, sugar, vinegar and whisk till sugar dissolves
- Drain pasta and add mined garlic, carrots, babycorns to it
- Add the dressing, keep it aside for half an hour
- Before serving sprinkle peanuts
Verdict:
Beware, its going to be sweet and sour. So, be prepared for authentic Asian flavors. Nevertheless worth a try.
