Ingredients:
Tortillas - 2
Mashed Aloo curry - 2 tbsp
Green chutney - 2 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Chopped Bell peppers (3 types) - 1 cup
Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
Salt and Pepper - To taste
Oil
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp

Salt and Pepper - To taste
Oil
How to make:
- Saute the bell peppers with salt and pepper in oil
- Warm the tortillas
- Place tortilla on a flat plate
- Apply the tomato sauce on the tortilla
- Place the aloo curry in the center line
- Add peppers on to the curry
- Add green chutney and then mayonnaise
- Close the tortilla from left and right
Verdict:
There was aloo curry leftover from lunch and this was a quick snack for evening. It was really yum. You can add coriander and sweet corn too for enhancing the taste. Feel free to add your choice of seasoning to the peppers.
