Ingredients:
Grated spinach - 1 cup
Pasta Fusilli -1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Chickpea boiled - 1 cup
Maida - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Olive Oil - as required
How to make:
- Saute spinach with little in olive oil
- Boil pasta in water with added salt
- Drain the water after pasta is al dente
- Add oil to a pan and add tsp of maida
- Fry a bit and add the cream
- Add salt and pepper to the same
- This will turn to a rough texture paste
- To a bowl, add the spinach, pasta and the chickpeas
- Add the cream paste and mix well
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Verdict:
A dish out of blue for lunch. Tasted amazing and I have used the green pea fusilli, making the dish very low on carbs.
